The Accor Stadium build was nuts. 4 days to go from grass to racetrack is a mad timeline. Underground drainage, leveling issues, curve radius… all had to be perfect.

Drainage is a huge issue. Plus, you have to make sure you're not compressing the soil underneath too much — stadium turf is sensitive. Everything has to be removable too.
